Mr. Stanfield has been great with all of my clients and I usually get praised for having him as one of my recommendations for inspectors in the area. He is great with military members as those seem to be the majority of my clients as well as the most common client to give me feedback about Mr. Stanfield's professionalism and rates. I recommend any realtor to put him on their list of local inspectors to refer to their clients.

I contacted this company in regards to a roofing inspection on a Friday evening, within the next hour I was contacted with a follow up email stating a price and availability. Mr. Stanfield was able to conduct the inspection the very next morning (Saturday), due to my short suspense this was very accommodating! He kept me thoroughly informed, explained every deficiency found and why it would have a greater impact in the future. Mr. Stanfield also noted deficiencies not identified in the initial house inspection. I'm beyond satisfied with his professional and thorough work eithic and fully intend to recommend this business.

We would definitely recommend this business for you if you want a comprehensive inspection of any home you are interested in buying. Also, if you already own a home, the take away is that you could still get it inspected to see what could or could not be keeping your home from being up to par or being sold. Deon works hard to give a thorough inspection and does not rush through it in a hurried manner. If you are able to be present, then he explains any questions you may have. Great person and a quality job done!
